Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 July 2026

Cybershark Consulting ("Cybershark," "I," or "me") keeps data collection to the minimum needed to answer enquiries and run this site. This policy explains what is collected, why, and the choices you have.

01 — What I collect

Information you provide

When you book a call, email me, or subscribe to SharkBytes, I receive whatever you send — typically your name, email address, company, and the context you share about your project. Booking is handled through Google Calendar's appointment scheduler; its handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy terms.

02 — Analytics

Site usage

This site uses privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are read. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, and no sale of personal data — ever.

03 — How I use it

Purpose & retention

Your information is used only to respond to you, deliver a newsletter you asked for, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Enquiry records are kept while there is an active or prospective engagement and then deleted. You can unsubscribe from SharkBytes at any time via the link in any issue.

04 — Your rights

Access, correction, deletion

You may ask what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@cybersharkconsulting.com and I will action the request within 30 days.
